Protein Rich Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • Paneer
  • Milk
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Sweetener of your choice  

Steps

  • Take a mixer grinder add 80gm Paneer
  • Add 2tbsp milk (You may have to add more or less depending on your paneer)
  • Blend it & form a smooth mixture
  • Add 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Add sweetener of your choice
  • Blend it again until the mixture is smooth
  • Transfer it into a glass chill it for 2-3 hours
  • Garnish with your favorite fruits or nuts
  • Enjoy
