Ingredients
- Refined flour
- Powdered Sugar
- Cocoa Powder
- Coffee powder
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- Melted chocolate
Steps
Dora cake
- Take a bowl & a sieve
- Add 1 cup refined flour (Maida)
- Add ½ cup powdered sugar
- Add 1/4th cup cocoa powder
- Add 1 tsp coffee powder
- Add 1/4th cup milk powder
- Add ½ tsp baking soda
- Add a pinch of salt
- Once all ingredients are added sieve it
- Now add 1 tbsp honey to the mixture
- Add 1-1 ½ cup milk
- Add milk slowly to the mixture & keep whisking
- Whisk it till it becomes a smooth batter
- Take a pan, add 1 tbsp oil
- Brush oil and heat it on low flame
- Take a ladle and pour the batter on the pan
- Cover your pan with a lid and cook it for around 55-60 secs
- When the pancake is fully cooked. It will come off the pan easily.
- Now flip the pancake and cook it for around 20 secs.
- The best part comes here take some handcrafted Belgian chocolates
- Melt the chocolates in the microwave for 60 secs.
- Now apply the chocolate on the inner side of the pancake.
- Place the second pancake on the top of the first one.
- Your Dora Cake is ready….!!
Cold Chocolate Drink
- Take a shaker add 1 glass chilled milk
- Take our Hot Chocolate Mix “https://myriad-moments.mini.store/products/a539985e-45a5-46d5-9c14-94af5a426a1a”and add 2-3 scoops to the shaker
- Shake it well
- Drop some ice into the glass
- Pour the chocolate drink & enjoy chilled
