Refund and Cancellation Policy

Online Payment

Payment information, card information, and bank details are entered on a 3rd party website or bank website for online orders placed on Myriad Moments. Myriad Moments does not collect any credit card information from customers at any time. However, Myriad Moments ensures that all third-party payment links have the needed SSL certificate and preserve total client data protection. Customers can pay by credit card, debit card, online banking, or Paytm.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order by calling (9958701993) or sending an email to myriadmoments11@gmail.com Your order total, less payment gateway fees, will be returned.

If the preparation of your order has begun, you will be unable to cancel it. There will be no reimbursement in this case. If Myriad Moments is unable to deliver the product owing to insufficient stock or other factors, the entire order amount will be refunded.

Refund

It will take us at least 1-2 business days to cancel your order and initiate a refund after you request it. You will be contacted by email or SMS. Having the money moved back to the source of the transaction, it may take up to 7–10 business days for the various banks to conduct the refund.
